Performing tasks updates

By default, technician users see the tasks list and can see a mobile version of BuildAndRun for the tasks list screen and detail:

The background color depends on the task status:

• Green for tasks planned
• Fuschia for late tasks
• Grey for due tasks
• No background in done tasks

The filters set by default are tasks that are “Planned” and assigned to the user connected but can be changed if needed to view all Due and planned tasks for the different assignees.

In the task details, the technician user can write a text report and attach a document or picture, which will be updated to the project folder set in the project creation wizard (step 1).
The work status provided (“Completed”, “In progress”, “Failed”, etc.) is for information for the project manager and does not change the task status.

File attachments are supported depending on the user access rights to the Cloud project folder configured in Project details.
